On average, each location maintains an amount ranging from $1,000 to $5,000 in the machine, depending on the projected daily business. For merchants who prefer not to load their ATM with cash, we also provide cash loading solutions.
Your card data, securely encrypted, travels from the ATM to our intermediary system known as Open Solutions. From there, we transmit this information to Interac, which subsequently forwards it to your bank for verification. Your bank then returns the transaction approval via Interac to the ATM, leading to the dispensing of your requested funds. Typically, the funds you withdrew, along with your portion of the transaction fee, will appear in our bank account within one business day following the daily settlement process.
